In the Wiley|Wilson role of Director of Quality, Andrew is responsible for planning, developing and directing the QA/QC policies, programs, and initiatives across the entire company. He is a registered architect in eleven states, and is known for his responsiveness and fiscal-accountability leading multi-disciplined teams responsible for the design and construction of high profile buildings and installations in the government, institutional, commercial and technology sectors. At Wiley|Wilson, Andrew has previously held positions of Architectural Department Manager and Office Manager of the firm's Alexandria Office. His previous career experience includes Partner at Parette Somjen Architects in Rockaway, NJ and Principal Consultant at CCG Facilities Integration in Baltimore, MD. Andrew has delivered proven experience in the design and management of Federal Government contracts supporting the United States Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, technology-driven, high reliability projects for the world's leading internet and colocation service providers, multi-million dollar public school building referendums and millions of square feet of corporate real estate investments. Andrew is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the International Code Council. He is a proud alumnus of the Syracuse University School of Architecture. In addition, Andrew is a member of the Northern Virginia Wrestling Official’s Association and enjoys staying active in the sport of wrestling by officiating high school matches throughout the winter season.
